Submission Guidelines
Participating in blog carnivals is a great way to bring targeted traffic and exposure to your blog because the visitors coming from a blog carnival are looking for quality articles in you niche, which, in the case of the Carnival of Pecuniary Delights, is personal finance and frugal living.
This blog carnival is a little different from other finance blog carnivals in that it does not discriminate based on the age of your submitted post, but rather on the quality of the content. The Carnival of Pecuniary Delights is a second chance for quality blog articles that were published at an earlier time and have been buried in the archives of your blog.
New: While posts that have been featured in other carnivals are fine, please do not submit posts that have recently been featured in the Carnival of Pecuniary Delights.
You are invited to submit to the Carnival of Pecuniary Delights, which is published every Thursday by 9:00AM U.S. Eastern Time, provided you abide by the submission guidelines.

Submission Guidelines
- The submitted article is relevant to personal finance and frugal living (see below for a list of subject categories)
- Original publication date is not an issue so long as it is your own work and still applicable today
- The content reflects thought and effort
- Strong opinions are allowed so long as they are presented without offensive language
- Only 1 submission per blog per weekly edition
- No spam or business advertisements whatsoever

- Frugal Living (anything related to frugal living)
- Frugal Home (frugal home and garden)

- Green Living (tips that save money and the environment)
- Personal Financial Journey (anecdotes)
- Debt & Credit (advice and tips - not credit card reviews)
- Investing (strategies and advice but not “hot stock picks”)
- Economy (observations and commentary)
- Other (relevant topics)
Since the purpose of this carnival is to showcase perennially relevant articles (content that does not expire), please do not submit the following:
- Credit card reviews/offers
- Deals and coupons
- Hot stock picks
- Promotional reviews of services
Link-Back Policy
If your article is included in the published carnival, you must link back to the published edition within 10 days. This must be in the form of a true link, not just a “nofollow” trackback link in the comments section of the post.
Submission Deadline
The submission deadline is every Wednesday 6:00PM U.S. Eastern Time.
A Note on Quality & Inclusion
Because this carnival is featuring content that may already have been seen, hosts are encouraged to be more discerning than usual in their selection of articles to include. The best of the best will be featured in an Editor’s Picks at the top, so please submit your best content.
Finally, please remember that each host makes the final decision on whether or not to include a submission in his/her edition. If your post is not included, please do not be offended or discouraged, and try again the next week.
